Credits are only spent when an image is generated. You see the cost before you confirm, and if a render fails for a reason on our side, the credits return automatically.
Plan credits and purchased credits work differently
- Plan credits arrive with each paid invoice and reset at the end of the billing period. Unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Yearly plans are paid once a year, and the monthly allowance is added every 30 days across the year.
- Purchased credits from credit packs never expire, and you can buy them with or without a plan.
- Spending order: plan credits are used first, then purchased credits.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Upgrades apply straight away: you pay the remaining difference for the current period and receive the difference in credits. Downgrades apply at the end of the paid period, and you keep your plan and credits until then.
You can cancel at any time and your service continues until the end of the paid period. Credits that have been used are not refundable in cash.
